1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship all across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location. We’ll provide a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, please contact our support team.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
